To Concept_Archer, I say thank you. Like always, the guys at Concept are #1. I changed out the cam on my orion and being the redneck that I am, could not for the life of me figure it out. So, I got on the phone and called C.A.. Within the hour, he was returning my phone call and patiently helped me with this operation. I figure that CA probably wishes I would forget his # cause Ive been calling quite a bit but hes always polite. The customer service is second to none and the product is awesome. Cant wait to get some more first place trophys with Concept...Thanks guys you are truly the BEST

no problem and always good to keep in touch with staff shooters/concept owners. i enjoy talking hunting and shooting, but sometimes I just need to keep it to the point, for I'm on the phone and computer way too much sometimes. email or call anytime. thanks.

Concept's customer service is the best!!! Kurt has help me greatly. The few problems I have had were caused by neglect on my part. He is always very helpful and friendly. He has become a friend I have never met in person. The same goes with oldman and mombie, two of Concept's staff shooters. God bless everyone, Staff shooter Tim Smith
